Some of the parts being sold are remakes of the originals, any parts listed as GENUINE were made/supplied by the original manufacture.
Some part's being sold will enhance your mopeds performance, if you de-restrict, increase the bikes engine capacity or speed it may no longer be classed as a moped, if in doubt please contact ypvspares.com or seek advice before buying.
It is up to the buyer to check and comply with LOCAL LAWS, we can not be held resposnsible for any loss, damage, injury or convictions inurred from improper fitting and use of parts sold by ypvspares.com.
Some parts sold will change or enhances a mopeds perfomance and handling, there is no warranty given against improper fitting, abuse or lack of routine maintenance of these part's.
Please make sure you jet, time & run in correctly a newly built or modified engine, and any part's fitted the the frame and running gear are done so by a trianed and qualified mechanic.
All cubic capacity of cylinders/heads/big bores/pistons is approximate.
Please study the pictures on the listings carefully, we have tried to give a good description of the items, if you are unsure of anything please contact ypvspares.com before you purchase.

All U.K. sales will be subject to VAT at 20%
Buyers from outside the U.K. maybe subject to tariff charges of 2-4% on some items and VAT at your local rate, you may have to pay thses charges before your order is releasted by customs in your country.
The Item(s) your order will remain the property of ypvspares.com until full payment is recived, payment must be received within 4 working days of ordering, failure to do this will mean the cancellation of your order.

Returns Policy:
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item(s), please contact ypvspares.com first.
If you have ordered the incorrect item(s), please contact ypvspares.com, we are happy to exchange item(s) or refund the purchase price excluding the postage cost as long as it is done within14 days from the original purchase/invoice date.
All item(s) must be returned in original packaging and undamaged, you the customer will be expected to cover the returns postage cost. Returned items are sent at the customers own risk, if item(s) are received by ypvspares.com damaged or unfit for re-sale "as new", the money refunded maybe reduced from the orginal purchase price.
In the event that your item(s) are delivered damaged, please contact us straight away.
We can not give refunds or exchange on special order items, "special order" is anything obtained by ypvspares.com as a "one off" for a customer and not currently listed for sale in the on-line shop ypvspares.com.                                                                                                                           Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped using a tracked & signed for service and sent on the day of purchase payment or the next work day. 
Shipping costs are set and added automatically using a scale that depends on total item/s purchase cost. Orders placed with missing or incorrect information may be delayed until the correct information can be verified.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when ordering, if you have made a misstake please contact ypvspares as soon as posible .
